Reviews here are about the money: what you went in for, what you paid, and whether that matched the published price. Nothing appears until the reviewer confirms it by email and a person has read it.

How these work
A review passes three gates before it appears: a bot check on the form, a confirmation link the reviewer clicks in their own inbox, and a person reading it against the published rules. Practices can verify their listing, reply once to each review, and report one they believe is not from a customer.
These are our own reviews. Where a practice page also shows a Google rating, it is labelled as Google's and kept separate.
