The practice page lists the inclusions where the vet states them. A spay that costs £30 more and includes the post-op check is not more expensive.
Look at the rating with the number of reviews beside it. A 4.9 from 12 reviews tells you less than a 4.6 from 400. And look at who owns the practice. 14 of the 27 vets here belong to a big chain, the rest are independent or small groups. The chains charge more on average across the UK, though not everywhere and not for everything.
Finally, the practical things: opening hours, whether it takes new registrations, and how far you would drive with a sick animal at 9pm. Every practice page has the hours and the out-of-hours arrangement where the vet publishes one.
