Look at the rating with the number of reviews beside it. A 4.9 from 12 reviews tells you less than a 4.6 from 400. And look at who owns the practice. 6 of the 16 vets here belong to a big chain, the rest are independent or small groups. The chains charge more on average across the UK, though not everywhere and not for everything.
